Give us a physical sample of your product and/or a print
tell us the specifications
tell us the packaging
tell us the annual usage
give us a landed target price or wait for our quotation

Within three weeks we will quote you prices on a landed duty paid American destination.

Upon your acceptance of price, here is what happens:

Upon placing your order, you would advance mold charges, if any.
We would present you with samples from the mold in about 45 days.
Upon your approval of samples and opening of letter of credit, we would ship the first containers in about 60 days.
L/C is simple irrevocable document in our favor negotiable against our invoice, packing list and Ocean or inland bill of lading showing shipment to your destination.
Actual delivery of first containers would be about 3 months after approval of samples.

Waiver of retainer for Services of China Trade Specialists, Ltd.

China Trade Specialists, Ltd. (CTS) trusts your inquiries are serious because they require expensive airing of samples, faxes, phone calls, transportation, and lengthy communication with manufacturers.
CTS may therefore require a small retainer, which it is willing to waive and/or credit against an actual future order.
